"Every student is not the same, that means the program has to be fitted to that individuals needs and skill level on a real time basis. You can only build on success and that is the job of the 'Bullet man', to see where the individual starts out from and then to continually challenge them until they discover, and experience, their inner strength" Bill Kipp
BILL KIPP: Bill has been working as an armored assailant for over 12 years and now trains RMCAT'S armored assailants whose skills are so very essential to the continued success of the RMCAT program.
Mr. Kipp is also the principal developer of the EZ Defense Systemas sponsored by NAPMA (The National Association of Professional Martial Artists). This program is designed to provide martial arts and self defense school owners, who do not have the asset of a trained armored assailant, with a means to introduce the critical element of adrenal stress conditioning to their classes. His video instruction on this program has been distributed to almost 2000 martial arts schools each month.
Bill served in the United States Marine Corps (forced Recon) before being recruited into a special counter terrorist unit. After his Marine Corps days, Bill remained in the Philippines and studied the native martial arts of Kali and Escrima for some years. He supported himself at that time by working in locally produced, "action adventure" movies.
Bill also teaches self defense and martial arts seminars throughout the US, as well as in Brazil, Ireland, Switzerland an Canada.
"This is such truly personally rewarding work. The people arrive on Friday as strangers and when they leave Sunday they have not only found new friends, but they are different people. They overcome so much in so short a period of time, and they know they have. You can just see it on their faces every time. That's why I stay with it too" Tim Stott
Tim Stott: Tim is in his sixth year as an armored assailant and has shown a remarkable talent for this very demanding and unusual work. He captains the other armored assailants or "Bullet men" . That sometimes means setting up coordinated "ambushes" involving more than one assailant for the more advanced students who need this extraordinary challenge.
Tim also works very successfully in the financial services industry when not putting on the armor for RMCAT.
