Adrenal Stress Conditioning Through
Armored Assailant , Scenario Based Training

THE OBJECTIVE

In this course you  will both experience and overcome the number one problem in real world self defense. That # 1 problem is not about "physical techniques" at all either. The number one problem either trained or untrained people experience in an actual self defense situation is the "adrenal rush"

While it is true that about half of the attendants of these classes are black belt instructors in various styles, the other half are not and many of them have never had a lesson in their lives. No previous self defense or martial arts training at all is required to apply to the RMCAT course.

The fact is trained or untrained, when it comes to a real world self defense situation if you are not accustomed to the
adrenal stress dump,  or if you have never trained under that adrenal state, then even years of  martial arts training may not help you. Indeed, that training may not even be available to you in a true crisis because of the disorientation and loss of motor skills and judgment that is so often caused by that previously inexperienced "adrenal dump". This is precisely why the main problem in actual self defense is dealing with the adrenaline factor. The course will demonstrate that fact to you beyond any question whatsoever. But the course will also show you that you  were born with the natural ability to overcome and even utilize the power of that adrenal rush to overcome your enemy.

We have all heard the stories of people doing seemingly impossible physical feats of speed or strength under adrenal stress.  Familiar examples being the parent who somehow manages to lift a small car off their child after an accident.  Or perhaps the soldier in combat who somehow manages to drag a comrade to safety despite his own horrific wounds such as the loss of limbs or even injuries that prove fatal only moments  after he gets his comrade to safety. The martial arts are rich with such tales as well. Ancient "martial masters" are often reported to have overcome what seemed impossible odds and numbers.

These things can be seen as "mystical" and perhaps they are in a certain , limited sense. But after nearly ten years of conducting these classes I have habitually seen that
everyone has the ability to tap into this inner, personal power.  It is just that they have not had the circumstances that elicit and demand an expression of that inner power. Ironically, modern life tends to distance us from this power too, ... and thus also from a very important part of our very own being.

THE METHOD  The logic is simple, to get used to something you first have to experience it.
The method is to place you into a scenario so real that your
body does not know the difference. When you face the armored assailant for that first scenario your heart rate will increase,  and you may experience "auditory exclusion" and most likely a profound loss of fine motor control.

This may seem challenging for you to believe at first, but the following is a typical  report from attendants
"I heard the line screaming loud, and then when it was my turn and I stepped out on the mat, ...suddenly I couldn't hear any of that  and  my heart was beating a mile a minute".

But with each scenario you will regain more control of your body and your mind. You will strike & throw with full force to the head and groin of  a living, moving  assailant. Then  later, if it comes to a real attack  in the street or your home you won't have to "do it all right the first time out". Your body will have already  have been there & you will thus respond appropriately and effectively!
